1. What we collect
Account info (name, email), workspace content (products, brand kits, creatives), and usage telemetry needed to make the product work.
2. How we use it
To deliver the product, generate the creatives you ask for, secure your account, and improve the service. We don't sell your data.
3. Sub‑processors
We use a small set of vetted vendors for hosting, email, analytics and ML inference. The full list is on request.
4. Your rights
You can export, correct or delete your data at any time. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion we purge production data within 30 days and backups within 90.
